I had a baby 10 months ago, and I'm stuck with Fat! I was a child of pre-pregnancy fat, I was not fat, but I had a little belly. Now I feel good. I have all that skin on the abdomen, breasts are a size larger. I can not lose weight. Will I lose all the weight of the pregnancy and a little more. I signed my chest and my back and lift my ass. want to lose my belly (i perfer a flat stomach, but) I can with a little work and I lose belly fat, my fat thighs and upper arms. Can anyone help? I began to use the elliptical more frequently, and I sit-ups. It is hard for me, and stay motivated. I eat much less. I need help only a Lil. What kind of exercises can I do to keep the results you want, what I said I wanted to get tor change me? What is the frequency of these exercises should be determined and should be what kind of plan?
